    三、科研领域 Research Fields

    基于单细胞组学,结合基因组学、机器学习和深度学习等多学科知识,以探究灵长类早期发育阶段多谱系的分化和调控机制为主要目标,开展广泛合作。围绕早期发育阶段开展遗传发育学研究,解析调控胚胎早期发育的灵长类特异分子机制。同时,根据项目研究需要,进行单细胞组学分析方法的改进和开发。

     

    Based on single-cell omics and interdisciplinary knowledge including genomics, machine learning, and deep learning, my main goal is to explore the differentiation and regulatory mechanisms of multiple lineages during the early developmental stages of primates through extensive collaboration. I focus on evolutional and developmental studies during the early developmental stages to dissect the primate-specific molecular mechanisms regulating embryonic development. Additionally, I will improve and develop single-cell omics analysis methods according to the research needs of the project.
