    1997年9月-2004年2月,中科院昆明动物研究所,动物学专业,生殖生物学研究方向,获动物学博士学位

    二、主要研究方向 Research Interests

    研究方向包括:
    1.人类疾病的灵长类动物模型建立和细胞/基因治疗的有效性和安全性评价的临床前研究;

    2.人类疾病与肠道菌群之间关系的动物实验模型;

    3.灵长类种质资源(精子、卵母细胞和胚胎)和干细胞细胞的超低温保存的冷冻损伤机制。团队建立了高效的灵长类种质资源及干细胞保存体系,开发了多种灵长类动物疾病模型(关节炎、糖尿病、肝纤维化和帕金森等)平台,并开展多项人MSC、iPSC等干细胞移植治疗的临床前研究。
     

    Establishment of nonhuman primate models for human diseases and pre-clinical studies on effecacy and safety of cell and gene therapy; Relationship between diseases and intestinal microorganisms; Mechanism of freezing injury to germ cells and stem cell cells during cryopreservation.
    Our research interests include:

    1. Generation of primate animal models of human diseases and preclinical studies on the efficacy and safety of cell or gene therapy;

    2. Diseases and intestinal microbiota;

    3. Cryodamage mechanism of primate germplasm resources (sperm, oocyte and embryo) and stem cell cryopreservation. Our team has established efficient methods for germplasm and stem cell cryopreservation, and developed various primate animal models (arthritis, diabetes, liver fibrosis and Parkinson) and carried out pre clinical studies on stem cell transplantation of MSCs and iPSCs.
