聚焦人类复杂疾病的灵长类动物模型创制和细胞治疗安全性和有效性评价的临床前研究；疾病与肠道菌群互作关系的研究；灵长类种质资源和干细胞超低温保存的冷冻损伤机制研究。已建立了高效的灵长类种质资源及干细胞保存体系，开发了包括关节炎、糖尿病、肝纤维化、脑脊髓炎和帕金森等多种灵长类动物疾病模型的平台，开展多项人MSC、iPSC等干细胞移植治疗的机制和临床前研究，并致力于新型生物治疗方法的临床转化。

Establishment of nonhuman primate models for human diseases and pre-clinical studies on effecacy and safety of stem cell therapy; Relationship between diseases and intestinal microorganisms; Mechanism of freezing injury to germ cells and stem cell cells during cryopreservation.

Our research interests include:

1. Generation of primate animal models of human diseases and preclinical studies on the efficacy and safety of stem cell therapy;
2. Diseases and intestinal microbiota;
3. Cryodamage mechanism of primate germplasm resources (sperm, oocyte and embryo) and stem cell cryopreservation.

Our team has established efficient methods for germplasm and stem cell cryopreservation, and developed various primate animal models (arthritis, diabetes, liver fibrosis and Parkinson’disease) and carried out preclinical studies on stem cell transplantation of MSCs and iPSCs.
