    二、主要研究方向 Research Interests

    人类疾病的灵长类动物模型建立和细胞/基因治疗的有效性和安全性评价的临床前研究,人类疾病与肠道菌群之间关系的动物实验模型,灵长类种质资源(精子、卵母细胞和胚胎)和干细胞细胞的超低温保存的冷冻损伤机制和提高保存效率的对策;灵长类发育过程中细胞分化的基因组表达和甲基化调控。

     

    Establishment of primate animal models of human diseases and pre-clinical studies on effectiveness and safety of cell and gene therapy; Relationship between diseases and intestinal microorganisms; Mechanism of freezing injury in cryopreservation of germ cells and stem cell cells; Regulation of genomic expression during primate embryonic development.
