    二、主要研究方向 (Research interests

    1. 研究智能生物材料在微波/超声/近红外光等多模态物理信号调控下,通过协同抗菌、抗炎与成骨作用机制,实现对组织免疫微环境的精准调控与骨再生修复。

    2. 研究智能生物材料介导的微波/超声/近红外光能量耦合与传递机制及其对血脑屏障的时空精准调控研究。

    3. 研究灵长类神经系统疾病的新型非侵入性神经调控与靶向给药技术,重点优化微波/超声/近红外光的能量参数与智能生物材料设计。

    4. 开发基于智能生物材料平台与微波/超声/近红外光等多模态物理能量耦合的远程调控系统,实现对移植神经干细胞增殖、分化和功能成熟的精准调控。

    5. 基于智能生物材料构建能量响应型微针系统,探索利用微波/超声/近红外光远程精准调控药物递送与释放行为,突破血脑屏障治疗神经系统疾病的新机制。

    1. Research on intelligent biomaterials under the control of multimodal physical signals such as microwave, ultrasound, and near-infrared light, through synergistic antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and osteogenic mechanisms, to achieve precise control of the tissue immune microenvironment and bone regeneration and repair.

    2. Research on the mechanism of microwave/ultrasound/near-infrared light energy coupling and transmission mediated by smart biomaterials and its spatiotemporal precise regulation of the blood-brain barrier.

    3. Research into novel non-invasive neuromodulation and targeted drug delivery technologies for primate neurological disorders, with a focus on optimizing the energy parameters of microwave/ultrasound/near-infrared light and the design of smart biomaterials.

    4. Develop a remote control system based on an intelligent biomaterial platform and multimodal physical energy coupling such as microwave/ultrasound/near-infrared light to achieve precise control of the proliferation, differentiation, and functional maturation of transplanted neural stem cells.

    5. Based on intelligent biomaterials, an energy-responsive microneedle system has been developed to explore the use of microwave/ultrasound/near-infrared light for remote, precise control of drug delivery and release behavior, thereby breaking through the blood-brain barrier to treat neurological diseases through a new mechanism.

    团队聚焦于智能响应型生物材料与多模态物理能量(微波/超声/近红外光)的交叉融合,致力于发展一类具有能量耦合与时空调控功能的生物医学平台,旨在解决组织再生与神经系统疾病治疗中的关键难题。在骨再生方向,研究重点在于通过材料在物理信号调控下协同调控抗菌、抗炎及成骨微环境,实现免疫微环境重塑与高质量骨修复。在神经科学方向,系统探索物理能量和材料介导的血脑屏障可逆、精准开放机制,建立远程非侵入性的药物递送与神经免疫调控新策略,显著提升灵长类神经系统疾病的干预效果。

    The team focuses on the cross-integration of intelligent responsive biomaterials and multimodal physical energy (microwave/ultrasound/near-infrared light), dedicated to developing a biomedical platform with energy coupling and time-controlled functions, aiming to solve key challenges in tissue regeneration and the treatment of neurological diseases. In the field of bone regeneration, research focuses on the synergistic regulation of antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and osteogenic microenvironments through materials under physical signal control, thereby achieving immune microenvironment remodeling and high-quality bone repair. In the field of neuroscience, we are systematically exploring the reversible and precise opening mechanisms of the blood-brain barrier mediated by physical energy and materials. We aim to establish new strategies for remote, non-invasive drug delivery and neuroimmunomodulation, significantly enhancing the efficacy of interventions for neurological disorders in primates.
