三、科研领域描述 (Description of Scientific Research)
基于组织透明化等样品前处理技术,以及超高分辨显微系统和激光片层扫描显微系统,开展脑、早期胚胎、类器官等的高分辨三维成像技术研究。同时,基于活体成像视窗植入以及在体荧光标记技术,结合双光子共聚焦显微系统,探索脑、脊柱等的在体多光子显微成像方法。充分利用先进影像平台的技术及设备资源,为灵长类生殖与发育调控机制研究、灵长类干细胞与组织工程,以及灵长类动物模型与疾病机制研究提供先进的生物影像技术支持。
Utilizing sample pre-processing techniques such as tissue clearing, along with ultra-high-resolution microscopy systems and laser sheet scanning microscopy, we aim to conduct high-resolution 3D imaging research on the brain, early embryos, and organoids. Meanwhile, by integrating in vivo imaging window implantation, in vivo fluorescent labeling, and two-photon confocal microscopy imaging, we aim to explore in vivo multi-photon microscopic imaging methods for the brain, spinal cord, and others. We are committed to leveraging the technology and equipment of advanced imaging platform to provide cutting-edge biological imaging support for studies on primate reproductive and developmental regulation mechanisms, primate stem cell and tissue engineering, as well as primate animal models and disease mechanisms.
