    二、主要研究方向 Research Interests

    聚焦代谢性及衰老相关疾病的机制与转化研究,围绕重大复杂疾病灵长类模型构建、发病机制解析以及细胞与生物治疗的临床前评价开展系统工作。主要研究方向包括:灵长类疾病模型与生物治疗研究,灵长类衰老的多组织系统特征及其机制研究,疾病与肠道菌群互作研究,以及灵长类动物疾病模型资源库建设与应用。团队已建立多种灵长类疾病模型及评价平台,并在骨关节炎、糖尿病、肝纤维化、帕金森病和免疫衰老等领域形成了较好的研究基础,致力于推动新型生物治疗策略的临床前验证与转化应用。

    Our research focuses on the mechanisms and translational potential of metabolic and aging-related diseases. We are particularly interested in the development of non-human primate models for major complex diseases, mechanistic investigation of disease pathogenesis, and preclinical evaluation of cell-based and biologic therapies. Our major research areas include non-human primate disease models and biologic therapies, multi-system features of aging and their underlying mechanisms in non-human primates, disease–gut microbiota interactions, and the development and application of non-human primate disease model resources. We have established multiple non-human primate disease models and evaluation platforms, and have developed strong expertise in osteoarthritis, diabetes, liver fibrosis, Parkinson’s disease, and immunosenescence, aiming to facilitate the preclinical validation and translational application of novel cell-based and biologic therapies.

    主要围绕人类复杂疾病灵长类模型构建、发病机制解析及细胞治疗临床前评价开展研究,重点聚焦骨关节炎、肝纤维化和糖尿病等疾病的机制与治疗,同时开展再生相关祖细胞发育演变及疾病与肠道菌群互作研究。

    Major research areas include non-human primate models of complex human diseases, mechanistic studies and preclinical evaluation of cell-based therapies, with a particular focus on osteoarthritis, liver fibrosis, and diabetes, as well as developmental dynamics of regeneration-related progenitor cells and disease–gut microbiota interactions.
